Richard Brown
Richard Brown

Chair

Richard is Chair of ACORI’s parent company, Future Shaper Holdings. He joined in 2018 following a career in the technology sector, bringing with him personal experience of Start-Ups, Acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings.

Richard has enjoyed a varied and successful career within growth-oriented international software and technology companies including Mitel and Genesys. He has led operations across EMEA, USA and Asia-Pacific and has in-depth experience in driving commercial advantage through technology. Richard is passionate about Artificial Intelligence technologies and the augmentation of human roles.

CEO

Jacqueline is Chief Executive of ACORI’s parent company, Future Shaper Holdings. She has proven ability in bringing influencers and experts together to shape positive change, Regulatory approaches and policies.

She has extensive international experience in leadership and consulting roles across a variety of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, sponsorship and mining. She enjoys working with fast-moving, innovative companies and start-ups and has also worked for large corporations such as PWC, Wyeth, Dun & Bradstreet and Katanga Mining. Jacqueline co-founded IAOCR in 2011.

Jacqueline has completed executive education programs at Cass Business School, London and Kellogg School of Management, Chicago.

Angela O'Connell
Angela O'Connell

COO

Angela is the COO and has overall responsibility for business innovation and implementation of business strategies for the Future Shaper Holdings group of companies.

Prior to joining the team Angela had operated at board level within Barclays Bank PLC leading Transformation of Barclays Financial Services and Barclays Property Business before setting up her own international consultancy practice, Michelangelo Partnership formed in 1996. Angela has extensive consultancy and international experience in the area of business & organizational design and development which was gained in financial services, property, facilities management, leisure, chemical engineering, retail and education. Examples of clients include PWC, Virgin Media, Unilever, DfE, Royal Institute of British Architects, Australian Institute of Architects, Britvic, Bass and Holiday Inn.

Her knowledge and expertise have been underpinned through education and development at Ashridge Business School and London Business School.

Hilda Da Silva
Hilda Da Silva

EVP and MD

Hilda has overall design and delivery responsibility for day-to-day consulting operations and global projects; ensuring that objectives are met and that high quality resourcing is matched to the specific business needs of each client.

Prior to joining ACORI Hilda was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for one of the fastest growing global clinical research organizations. She has proven ability in building best-practice strategy blueprints across the breadth of talent management and is experienced in working with C-Level stakeholders to shape talent strategies.

Hilda’s industry experience spans clinical research, recruitment, healthcare, and retail, with companies such as Syneos Health, Great Ormond Street Hospital and a Marks and Spencer subsidiary.

Hilda has a Masters in Organizational Psychology and a degree in Clinical Psychology.
